Limited lifetime Warranty

Any part which is determined by UMC to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to UMC International, Bellevue, WA, freight prepaid (sales receipt is required for proof of purchase), will be replaced at  UMC’ option. This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions on maintenance, and abuse, alteration, involvement in an accident. Any liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. UMC’ liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the Sta-Rat product.
